Bad customer service from Hollywood and their consultant Nqobile Ntuli

I placed a bet yesterday for Ghana under lucky numbers it's still pending even today. I spoke to two of their consultants on the chat and the worst consultant who is Nqobile Ntuli kept on typing and not sending any response or anything. He was so unprofessional and giving me attitude in his silence because I told him that if he doesn't want to work he must give people who don't work to do what he doesn't want to do. My query remain unresolved with pending bets since yesterday
