Bad customer service

Very bad I advise for people to stop using Hollywood bets, when we deposit they take the money quick but withdrawal is always a issue, I withdrew funds and when I went to the ATM it told me voucher expired, I went to nedbank as the withdrawal was done through nedbank cardless withdrawal, Nedbank told me Hollywood has to resend a new pin, when I contacted Hollywood they said Nedbank has to reject the funds and they have to request a reversal which is up to 30days,very bad I haven't experienced any other betting site so unreliable as Hollywood bets.
