Bad customer service
The customer service is aweful I have made 3 withdrawals last night and early this morning and nothing has been paid into my account I have all the ticket numbers and were withdraw has been completed but no payment has been made into my account I called in but after been the next caller for 35 min the phone rang once and the call was dropped on Hollywoodbets side alot of airtime wasted the live chat is evan worse been waiting there a hour now 7:28 AM

19 May 2021, 07:46I to take screen shots of every win and ticket because they are inclined to lose ur ticket or it doesn't show wen they ask for it I love playing but really get people that are awake to do customer service its disgusting
