Bad customer service

I was playing a game called treasure horse at bet of R7.20 and every time I win the game kicks me out and takes my bet and don't pay out it happen to me many time in the duration of me playing and it's near impossible to get hold of the customer service finally got hold of them after waiting almost 2 hours on live chat I state me issue with a agent called shaheal the he don't answer me and just ends chat from his side and then I email the chat to me to see firstly he called me by the wrong name and secondly refused to help me with this
