Bad Customer Service

Made a deposit of R250 yesterday. The bank shows that the money was transferred. I even sent proof of payment. Upon contacting Hollywood Bets they said no payment was received. It might reflect in 24-48 hours. Not sure what they mean by that. Another thing they do is reverse your cash send withdrawals. I don’t know why, someone should investigate that.
