Bad customer service

It has been more than 48 hours now since I have been trying to top up my account but the app says invalid number pls what2, I did get a message informing me about the technical glitches they’re having but a big brand like hollywood shouldn’t be this disappointing,this a huge inconvenience I haven’t placed a bet in two days
