Bad customer service and ****

I had a very bad experience from Hollywoodbets the past 3 days. I made a deposit via zapper and the money was successfully deducted from my bank account but not in my Hollywoodbet account. I contacted them and sent them proof of payment and the first agent from the chat said they will credit my money in 3 hours but it was never credited. Again I deposited and my money was successfully deducted from my bank account but not credited in my Hollywood account. So twice I lost my money. I sent them email again with proof of payment and they still not crediting my money. They ignore my message on Facebook and Email. I need my money
