Bad Customer service

Customer service at the Blackchain outlet is appalling. I am a patron and have observed on occassion that the female staff at the Express kiosk are very impatient and hostile. They are always ready to engage in shouting matches with customers. I had a particular incident on Sunday 13 Aug. I submitted tickets for a bet and the amount was not what I had expected to pay. When I questioned the staff member who was servicing me, she gave me an attitude and I responded back. When I asked her play me for the correct amount she refused and walked out of the kiosk when there was a long queue of people waiting to be served. I was helped by someone else. On my way inside to lodge a complaint, I realized that I had actually ticked the wrong amount and left. Had the lady had a correct attitude, the whole drama wouldn't have occurred. One other thing, she was busy chit chatting to a friend who stood in front of the queue. I am a sucker for professional service and wonder how many customers is Hollywoodbets going to loose the minute there's competition around the area?
