Bad customer service

I have made a deposite from my capitec account as per normal via capitec pay using my cell number wich is linked to my hollywood account number, i have emailed serval time with my proof if payment its been 2 weeks , no one is attending to my complain i just need my account to be credited im even scared to deposit as i dont not know why it was not credited this time as it was not my 1st time using capitec pay my accno is ***
