Bad customer service

Yet again the code for my withdrawal hasn't been sent and reply from customer service

Can somebody please help I did other withdrawal last night and no code was sent this is the 2nd time in total I'm owed 550 rand and no one wants to help. I have been emailing and sending messages here and no response
