bad customer service

The customer service is worst than all gambling sites.The holly bot live chat is automated to repeat the same . Tried email it was responded after 2 days, and to my suprise repeating the same thing their consultant said. Everything 48 hours as gambler that is a valuable time i do not not have. I made a withdrawal of 1 voucher. I made 1 at 2:45 and another at 2:52 on Saturday i did not receive the voucher number and the status says declined by bank i have been waiting for more than 48 hour no help at all. Any other available consultant wait 48 hours, been given reference number when i as what to use it for was told to use it after 48 hours this is frustrating.
