Bad customer service

I bought 3 hollywood vouchers at retailer but when i punch in it says invalid.I went on live chat i send my serial number on 26 Nov with turn around of 24-48hrs.But when i do follow up no feedback n the re escalate the matter for the 4th time today.The chat agent i got when i gave her the ticket number of the previous reply was that I make and affidavit,is required since the account that made the deposit is not registered under your name so we need an affidavit signed and confirmed by the bank acount holder that they did deposit money to your hollywoodbets account.So i respond its my account and i bought vouchers thats invalid so why do i need to make affidavit as i have proof of purchase.Only to find out that information was not for me.I gave my details again n guess what she will escalate it for 4th time.This is bad customer service even if you email support you dont get a respond from them
