Bad customer service
<p>Made 5 deposits from my bank account to my Hollywood account in the past 4 days, 2 of which have not been credited and the deposit notification helpline doesn't respond. Terrible customer care. Will not recommend. Definitely changing bookies. </p>

First off we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused from the deposits problems. It seems there was an issue with our Peach Payments portal and we are taking this up with their team this morning.
I believe our deposits team has contacted you and they have now rectified your account, and your deposits have been credited.
We will also be looking into why you were not responded to on Deposits email, and will have the team address this.
