bad customer service

Hollywood management should do something about its staff at vereeniging three rivers branch. The ladies working there are unprofessional and shows no regard for their job. They seem to forget that they get paid because of us Hollywood clients. Most of the time they will chitchat amongst themselves while customers are waiting to be served. If you dare try to complain, you will be met by funny faces and nasty comments.<br> The kind of service we get at this branch is stinking for the lack of a better word. In the afternoons you can't get a soccer fixtures because they no longer printing but I have been to other branches and not even once has I came across that. I so wish the Hollywood management can take its employees to school to study good customer service
