Bad business managment

I trust you are doing well. Please assist me. My name is Anton Faber, last night I made a deposit of R500 and today at 12:00 of R1000 and another R500 19:30 tonight to me Hollywood acc no. ****** using my Capitec account and FNB , the money was taken but till now it has not reflected in my Hollywood account.

Please kindly assist me with this as I have been calling Hollywood with no success.
