Bad betting site

I've bought voucher yesterday and load in to hollywoodbets account, and it didn't appear in my hollywoodbets account unril now, just imagine i thought i want to try my luck i want to use my money today, does hollywoodbets chow our money with gambling and now they took it straight when we top up, something doesn't add up here. Please return my money ive been waiting for so long
