Bad BAD Service....

I pressed collect and than the game went out and when i tried to go back in it said bonus active, my winnings credit to my account. I have spent more than R1500 airtime to get my winnings which is only about R100,i have spoken to Sma an agent on the 31st of January who advised me that she can see the winnings and it is a system error i will receive the winnings in 24HRS, it's been more than 48HRS and still waiting. Zinhle Manyathi a team leader assured me she will get back to me. I am currently more than 30min on the phone again from 14H05 until 14H46 which only now the supervisor Pamela Nyarashe came and also assured me that she will get back to me on this said day of the 02 Feb 2023. All i can advice customers that is playing on Hollywoodbets is rather play Supabets or Mobigames which is far more customer friendly and has no hassle to check your winnings or withdrawals and the issue is resolved within 24HRS. Please advise where i can get legal assistance to claim my money that i spent on airtime to get this resolved as i requested my network to send the recordings of me to Hollywoodbets. I have never seen or even heard people complaining about any other gambling business as they do about Hollywoodbets, Your service that you rendering in your call center is pathetic, Do u not have a QC department that listen in on calls to make the agent's now when and how they need to go back to training to improve their performance
