Bad bad service

I have made a withdrawal of R500 via Absa cash send on the 10th of May and till today I have not recieved my payout. Iv been calling daily from the 11th till date and they have been telling me one story that Absa has a problem, if u care about ur clients y not remove the cash send withdrawal option on the website till u sort it out. It is really unnecessary for us to be going through this headache. We gamble coz we need money not that we want u to save this money for us. Please pay me back now!!!
