Bad bad customer service and no resolution

Today is officially my 7th day of logging a dispute regarding a voucher payment that never got uploaded by Hollywood bets. After numerous phone calls emails as well as proof from flash that the voucher was redeemed with them no refund has been made. They escalate with no resolutions. It think at this point I have spend so much more money to contact them with no end in sight. I will definitely not recommend them after so much time and effort was spend on my part for a simple deposit matter. If this is how they deal with a mere R300 imagine what it will cost if you use thousands.
