AWAITING MY REFUND

I purchased R120 hollywood voucher from checkers and I was unable to load it until today. I bought it on the 11/05/2022 I went to their branch in newtown the same day and was promised that it will be refunded back into my account, till date nothing. I escalated to their deposit department 2 days ago and even now I haven't received my R120 back into my account. I sent them all the proof they need, and this is not the first time this happens, it happened before and it was quickly sorted. Someone is not doing their job, why must I suffer to get refunded back? Account number ***. I need this sorted urgently
