Avaitor hollywoodbets is a horrible game it keeps hanging and taking people's money

Aviator game on hollywoodbets is bad, I did cash out twice yesterday but it didn't update on my account even now is not showing anything. Did consult with the support group yesterday, the consultant SIPHIWE DUBE was so useless she/he couldn't try to help keeps asking me for bet ticket. The tickets under my account bet history they are not registered but on my aviator bet history is showing that I did cash out So I couldn't get helped. I'm not sure if now I just have accept that my money is gone.
