ATROCIOUS SERVICE
The worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time. I have been trying to withdraw a small winning of R120.00 since the 19th of December. I have phoned the call centre (was told the money would reflect in 24 hours), and I have lodged numerous requests to both *** and *** attaching all the relevant information, but these requests get closed immediately without any assistance as to resolve it with the comment "due to no response, this query is being closed." I have sent emails to the CEO Sunil Rampersadh as well, but have received no response.
