Appalling service by hollywoodbets

I have deposited funds into my hollywoodbets account on Monday 22 November 2021. To date the money has not reflected into my hollywoodbets betting account, this is happening even after I have contacted the hollywoodbets helpline and informing them about the situation. They told me to email proof of payment, which I did immediately after talking to them but it is four days later and there is still no money in my hollywoodbets account.
