Appalling customer service

With regards to the voucher top up I've received 3 emails with hollywoodbets telling me that my issue was resolved and they have credited my account for me , 24 hours later there's still no funds there ,I really wanted to play the jackpot race yesterday and today ,whenever I trigger free games I also get kicked off the site . If you'll are experiencing technical issues then just completely stop the site until it is resolved, it's very sad and disappointing, yes we gamble with the hope of winning, but we still work hard for the money that we put into your business with the trust that it's a safe business and site.. Come on guys stop this!
