I am having trouble withdrawing my funds and I find this extremely stressful because I don't get any problems when recharging / topping up my account but when I want to withdraw, some absurd FICA message pops up even though I have submitted all my documents before, please assist as i am still busy trying to make a withdrawal, Hollywoodbets doesn't even reply to Emails and Whatsapp texts sent to them

I have reviewed your account and noted we have received your FICA documents on 1 May 2020. Unfortunately they do not meet the compliance guidelines and an SMS was sent to advise you of this.
