Angry client

Helo peter, my hollywood account is ***. I made a call to them to follow up on withdrawal that I made on the 30th of November of which I haven't received it yet. I waited for an hour for in order to get hold of their consultant. The consultant drop off a call when I was asking that how come I made a withdrawal on the 30th of November 2021 but I haven't received it. There are withdrawal of more 4 which are made and I have received them. I would like to know who was that hollywood consultant.
