***** AND NO SERVICE

Good Day My HollywoodBets account was suspended in January after some *****ulent activity was discovered in my account. After numerous emails and have made more than fifty phone calls and spent numerous hours in trying to get them to open my account. As they requested I submitted all the FICA documents twice to them. I have spoken to many call centre agents and supervisors and they each give me a different story about the delay in getting my account opened. The truth is that nobody at HollywoodBets knows what is going on or what to do. Their service is pathetic to say the least. I get put on hold for long periods only to be told that someone will call me back, which never happens. Sometimes I get put on hold and they eventually cut the call. Every call lasts about 30 minutes with no progress for 4 months. Who do I speak to to resolve this. All they are interested in is making money out of people. I am absolutely disappointed in the lack of customer service because it does not exist. They are afraid of the truth being exposed that all their customer accounts are opened to be hacked just like my account. HOLLYWOODBETS CUSTOMERS BE AWARE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU.
