i called in on the 12-03-2024 to reverse an ewallet, the consultant advised that it will take 5 to 7 days to be refunded, on 18-03-2024 i called in again and the other consultant advised that all has been processed and the funds will reflect in my account on the 20-03-2024. when i called in today (20-03-2024) to check why its still not reflecting the consultant advised that it was only escalated on 18-03-2024 and it will take 5-7 days from the 20-03-2024. i am very unsatisfied with such bad service and incorrect information from such a big company. how do you have consultants working all in the same department and all give different information? very *********
