What a bad experience from Hollywoodbets. These people they havent resulted my ticket because of so called 'technocal issues' and its been over 12 hours now. When i chat to both Happiness M and Linda they told me they are uncertain when the issue wil be resolved. They dont have a turnaround time to attend to a problem, so now their issue is my problem i have to keep on checking their own internal problem if is resolved or not. Cant wait for my ticket to be respvled and i go to my home WSB
