And they have done it again. Friday a WEEK back I was playing this slot, Bloodsuckers 2. Things were going great, I started with R500, and when my balance was R1800 they decided to go offline. I called them immediately and they said my balance would be fixed.

I sent them emails and screenshots. Even IT was investigating. To date, my funds are STILL not fixed . On their "transaction statement" it cleary shows a 30minute time frame that is missing. My screen shots prove to them I was on their site at that time. But still, no feedback. Bull****t this.
