Active account closed with winnings stuck

Hollywoodbets has a bad attitude in sorting peoples issues when an active account is closed with no reason

I have contacted them since Saturday morning I was still gambling on Friday online, the morning I wanted to cash out some winnings but my account was inactive with no reason given.

I have phoned and emailed them the one person even threw the phone down in my ear. Very rude, never in my life! I have waited more than 48hours and have sent all necessary documents but still have seen no progress. I sent a follow up email again this morning and just got a reply to say your account is closed someone will look into it.

No time given nothing. They closed my account with money now stuck on my account that I desperately need for my child's birthday. I have been a loyal gambler for years and this is how they treat people. It is actually sad that they run a business to the ground like this.

I just want to withdraw my winnings and I will be done with them for good

They want to see your bank statements, why? To see how-much more they can make from you?

There is plenty of gambling platforms to use… I don't have to use one that is acting suspicious!
