Account suspended for internal investigation after big win / withdrawal

Hollywoodbets *** I won last night after making a R2000 deposit played Zeus vs Hades and won R70 000 and then won additional R12 000 and put in a withdrawal for both amounts. This morning i received and sms saying my withdrawals has been canceled reason "client request" I then tried logging back into my account to see where my money is and now my account is suspended "under investigation" Not sure if anyone else had this issue in the past but looks like once you win big and or have a big balance they do this ****. I phoned support and all that they can tell me is i must wait 4 hours said the one person and other said 24 hours for my account to be unlocked.
