Account Refunded

I have been trying for thee longest time to get my account refunded. Email after email, call after call, branch visit after branch visit and still no help!! On each email communication at the very same ****en spot I don't get a reply!! I have been sending all documents they requested but never get proper feedback!! Why the **** is there branches when they cannot assist with every query? I'm fed-up with this BS.. I have requested a call back, they failed. I have send email, automated reply ALL THE ****ENING TIME..
