Account Not Permanently Closed Despite Repeated Requests

I'm extremely disappointed with Hollywoodbets. I requested my account to be permanently closed due to struggles with gambling addiction. After 30 days of a cooling period, I checked if my account was closed and was shocked that I could still access it. I was tempted to gamble again and ended up losing R2300.

Unlike other gambling sites that respect customers' requests and close accounts permanently, Hollywoodbets seems to prioritize profits over people. It's clear they don't care about customers' wellbeing, only about keeping us hooked to make money. If my account was permanently closed as promised, I'd still have that R2300.

I expect immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure my account is permanently closed. Until then, I'll make sure to share my experience with others.
