Account not credited

Since I made a deposit with Ozow you didn't credit my account but the you took the money from account tried calling you I had to hold for 1hr30 still no response, sent emails still again no reply what you are doing is wrong my account was supposed to be credited immediately. If you don't credit my account within the next hour I'm sending an email to the national gambling board
