Account locked for no reason.

Never waste your time with hollywoodbets, my account has been locked for more than 7 days now, they say it’s under audit. And when i ask what for they can’t tell me. I asked if i have violated any of their rules and still they can’t tell me. Every time i send an email they say they will let me know once they are done. Poor customer support.
