Account issues are not being resolved

I recently got logged out of my account. The reset password link does not work. I emailed their customer service and after going back and forth on emails, I was advise to contact their social media accounts to resolve my issue. Are they so *********** that customer care is not able to access my account or tell me what the issue is? They have personal information and cant get me access to my account. I will have to report this to their regulators.
