My account has been locked by hollywoodbets, i had recently joined last week, and was told to submit FICA along with a selfie, I did that then sent a text via Facebook so ican get help, they rep**** on Saturday saying my account is now active I can now bet, but when I tried logging in, I still couldn't, still displayed account not active please submit Fica.

I again alerted them of this on Saturday and they rep**** yesterday saying they apologize, my account is now active, but when I tried logging in again the problem was still there.
