Account hacked and not sure what happened to my funds.

Last Friday night on the 23rd of May 2025 from around 10pm at night there were transactions made into my Hollywood account using OWNPAY. All 4 amounts totalled R8k. I need to know what exactly happened to this funds because I didn't authorize it and when I went to check my Hollywood account if anything was sent out through an ewallet. The account now says "Client is no longer Active".

Please could you guys look into this as I was not the one using my account at those times.

I was told by the bank to check with you guys as well. Please guys your assistance will be really helpful as this is driving me insane.

Again someone tried calling but the call lasted for less than 2 seconds. Come on guys I have been patient. But this **** is getting outta hand now.
