Account activation

I have sent Fica documents for about 3 months already and no assistance at all. Everytime I call I will stay long holding for my call to get thru and when final got thru i will be speaking with a very disrespectful rude consultant who will just dismiss me without any help. I send emails but only get automated reply that documents received but it will just end there. Please i really need assistance to reset my account because when I reregister it tells me that the ID number already assist. Are you guys short staffed or you just bunch of incompetence people who doesn't have any ethics or respect about your work neither to your company. Please assist.
