Absolutely shameless

The most disgusting service i have ever experienced. This kind of company should have top notch customer service but its actually a disgrace. Us as the clients are spending thousands of rands a month and we get treated like ABSOLUTE trash. Plus there are absolutely no benefits to playing on Hollywood Bets as their is no loyalty program and when you experience an issue its always stories and waiting 48hrs to get an answer etc. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves given the millions you make or even billions you make off your customers a day but yet you cant hire staff that are polite friendly efficient and able to sort out issues in the amount of time that you are chatting to them. But no they are clueless rude and treat you like trash.
