Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!!

On the 15th of May 2023 I've requested an Absa cashsend withdrawal. I've followed up regularly send emails chat on the site DM'ed on Twitter but the usual response is we have escalated your query. How after almost a month HW bets still respond with we have a huge amount of withdrawals your query is in the queue 😳 so are they telling customers that no -one from May up until now was not able to withdraw their winnings???? I want my money so I could close this account!!!
