Absolutely poor services very bad at treating customers they need 0 star rating.

Hollywood is pathetic i wont lie people dont even waste your time and money iv been topping up and playing but everytime i want to withdraw they ask for fica documents i sent it to them Last Year and they never rep**** yesturday (27-03-2021) i won again when i wanted to withdraw my winnings i couldn't i then used facebook messenger and told them about my query they asked for my cell phone number they then told me that the following document which is my proof of address was not clear so it basically took them a year to inform me that only and that was only after querying with them again i then sent them my truworths acc. letter has proof of address they told me it not clear i wasted money went to an internet cafe and scanned the document then sent it to them again which was crystal clear after an hour they told i cant use that has proof of address can u believe the nerve could they not tell me that the 1st time around they said its not clear i went to the bank mind you i paid money to get there an got a bank statment scanned it and sent it twice it again it was very clear with all 4 corners showing and every single writting on the page was super clear yet the agent tells me its still not clear i wish i was given an option to share the documents here for you guys to see how clear it is they just dont want to ****** pay us our winnings they too lazy to work always sending the same message over an over again its very frustrating because its my money that i used o wasted even more money trying to sort out these fica documents people always complain about hollywoodbets and how they **** and rob people of they winnings and its true they dont give a damn about they customers all they care about is money nothing else they services a damn pathetic no care whatsoever please warn yourls loved ones not to join hollywoodbets they will regret every second of it.
