Absolutely heart broken

I accidentally deposited a large amount of money into hollywood bets account i queried this with an online agent who then advised that they cannot allow me to withdraw because of money laundering etc i had explaimed that it was an honest mistake and that its not like it happens all the time as normally i am careful. She then escalated to a night manager who was very helpful and said that she would try to help me but they probably would not allow it unless i played 55% of the money i deposited. I understand rules but it was so upsetting as an avid player of holywood bets i then unfortunately tried to wager the money and ended up loosing the entire amount. I will never ever play on hollywood bets again and will closing my account and making people aware that when things like this happen they have absolutely no mercy compared to other online sites
