Absolute login chaos at its best ZERO HELP

Absolutely pathetic and disgusting towards customer surety and login assistance, i tried every single method acquiring details as i tried signing up then it says if in use, okysweeeeet so i try logging in, then my id number doesnt exist all of a sudden and this is the **** process I've been running through for 3 days just getting somewhere AT ALLLLLL..
