Absolute BS when coming to pay my winnings

I loaded money via my credit card which they took with open arms and never queries or verified a thing and now I made money and want to withdraw to find it cannot as my banking details are of my old account. I understand the ***** side of it but they are so ****y and arrogant especially that little twit Scott --> I must now go stand in a bank queue during my time and get stamped statements as normal internet statements are not good enough.<br> ***** that I won't -> now when it comes to withdraw they all \ protect the customer "but when they take your money and they don't care.<br> 1) I will not stand in a bank queue and pay for statements<br> 2) Don't need Scott ( who sounds like he is 12 ) come with his attitude when I ask for the MD<br> 3) If I as the client am not happen and DEMAND the MD you give me the MD and trust me I will get hold of Owen<br> <br> --> I WANT my money as it is mine"
