Absa cash send done on 5th of March 2023 for R1000.00 and I haven't received the withdrawal voucher number, when I called them they said the matter has been escalated to the withdrawal team it takes up to 24 hours,till this day,I sent emails I even went to the branch , online chat they telling me 1and the same thing over and over but the matter it's still not resolved,I'm really disappointed,I even asked them to transfer the funds back toy Hollywood bet account till this day I haven't received it,they told me that the matter has been escalated. Ive call them almost each day since then
