ABSA Cash Send ****
I have been waiting on two ABSA Cash Send withdrawals for almost three weeks. The one I queried immediately as it was marked as complete not even hours after I did the request. Then I received an sms with a reference code only a pin. I queried that and they just ignored me. When they finally got back to me. They told me it was redeemed. How???? If I didn’t have all to info to withdraw it. From the 16th - 19th Dec 2022, I requested R900 ABSA Cash Send and only received R800, this also according to them was redeemed. Now they just ignoring my emails. Their online chat don’t work. I just wonder how many people this happens too, that just eventually give up even though they didn’t get their money.Bad Service

06 Jan 2023, 14:11It’s been escalated for 3 weeks. Then all the tickets was closed off and I was advised that I redeemed vouchers and I didn’t. I have all the messages I received and emails I sent. I see there’s more people with the same issues. Which don’t surprise me. You guys don’t take care of your customers. I would never go to this platform if I did receive the money.

07 Jan 2023, 06:20I received a call from Hollywoodbets @5:54 this morning. To advise me that my HB account was credited with a R100. I asked about my other Cash Send where I only received a pin and was advised it was redeemed. The consultant said she will try and resend sms. She sounded like she’s been up for days and like dealing with this is a burden. Then I logged into my HB account and of course if your in the Lobby the cash don’t reflect so you can’t withdraw but when you go into a game it’s there and this is how they **** you. Please can you get back to me regarding the below. I DID NOT REDEEM THIS CASH SEND and there is quite a few people with the same issue.

How was this redeemed without a 10 digit reference code. Just reverse method of payment please. You shouldn’t be running a business.
