Absa cash send

i had a very bad experience with Hollywood really since i registered with them i never got such a bad service from them iam soo dissapointed. i was playing on the 14/10/2023 at about 00:51am i made an absa cash send withdrawal of R300 and i only received the pin number but not a voucher number i received that pin number on the 16/10/2023 i called from the 15th till date i never get any assistant but excuses, they then called me telling me i withdrew the funds on the 14/10/2023 how can i withdraw money with out a voucher or pin sent to me and the pin to my suprice was sent on the 16/10/2023 in the afternoon, no one is willing to assist not to mention the bad service from the call center too, spoke to the supervisor or manager there since i haven't received any feedback from them yet, and other consultant confirmed that he can see on the system that i haven't received the voucher its still active but they keep on telling me to wait 48 hours its month end and couple days since i started calling them and they make you hold for about 35-40 minutes on the call they just dont care about their customers nje. i gave them all the information they needed emailed but nothiung till today.
