A TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT!!!

On the 24th February 2022, at 08:57 to be precise, I placed a bet on the Woman's Rugby World Cup for New Zealand to win the final (which they did). I have a screenshot of my bet and the transaction recorded on my Client Statement (issued by them). However, my winning bet has not been paid out and now they are disputing it was ever made. Clearly they were more than happy to take my stake, but have no interest in actually honoring the bet. SHAME ON YOU HOLLYWOOD BETS!!!
